党参药材中党参炔苷与浸出物含量的相关性研究

目的研究不同产地人工栽培党参药材中党参炔苷与浸出物的含量,对其测定结果进行比较,分析两者间量的相关性,为评价和控制党参药材质量提供参考依据。方法采用HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长267 nm,柱温30℃;以中国药典2005年版收载的热浸法,用45%乙醇作溶剂,测定党参浸出物(%)。结果党参炔苷在0.19～0.96μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,精密度RSD为1.2%(n=5),重复性试验RSD为1.6%(n=6);平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。按药典标准判定,党参浸出物的含量均符合规定。结论党参样品中党参炔苷与浸出物含量不成正比关系,说明党参药材中党参炔苷与浸出物间没有一定的内在相关性,这为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供了参考依据。

Correlation study on the contents of lobetyolin and extracts in Codonopsis Pilosulae

Objective To study the contents of lobetyolin and extracts in Codonopsis Pilosulae of artificial cultivation from different habitat, and compared the detecting results, analyzed the correlation of the contents between lobetyolin and extracts, provided reference basis for evaluating and controlling the quality of Codonopsis Pilosulae. Methods Using HPLC method to detect the content of lobetyolin. Chromatographic conditions were available as follows Agilent TC-C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 um）, acetonitrile and water （30：70）as mobile phase, flowrate was 1.0 mL/min, and detecting wavelength ＂was 267＂nm, temperature of the column was 30 ℃. The hot-maceration method that was recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2005 edition was used to detect the extracts in Codonopsis Pilosulae, 45 % alcohol as solvent. Results The linear correlation of lobetyolin was well in 0.19 to 0. 96 ug（r =0. 9997） ,RSD of precision was 1.2 % （n =5） ,RSD of repetitive test was 1.6 % （n = 6） , the average recovery rate was 99.4 % with RSD of 1.8 % （n = 6）. According the standard of pharmacopoeia to judge that the content of extracts in Codonopsis Pilosulae accorded with the stipulate. Conclusion The contents of lobetyolin and extracts in the sample of Codonopsis Pilosulae weren＇ t express the relationship of direct ratio, showed there wash＇ t the inherent correlation between lobetyolin and extracts in Codonopsis Pilosulae. The result can provide reference basis for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality of Codonopsis Pilosulae.
