中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效观察

目的：米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效观察。方法：经妇科检查及B超确诊的42例适合保守治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,月经周期的第1天开始口服米非司酮10mg,每日1次,在月经干净后同时服用桂枝茯苓胶囊每次3粒,每日3次,3个月为1疗程。观察治疗后子宫肌瘤大小变化及临床症状指标。结果：治疗期间均闭经,子宫肌瘤平均体积缩小,血红蛋白上升,临床症状有所改善。结论：米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊是中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤较理想的方法之一。

Integrative Medicine Clinical efficacy of treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective: Mifepristone GuizhiFuling capsule treatment of uterine myoma patients.Methods: B-gynecological examination and diagnosis of 42 cases of conservative treatment for patients with uterine fibroids,the first day of the menstrual cycle mifepristone 10mg,once daily,clean after menstruation while taking capsules every GuizhiFuling three,three times a day for three months for treatment.Observed changes in the size of uterine fibroids after treatment and clinical symptoms of indicators.Results: During both amenorrhea,shrink uterine fibroids average volume,hemoglobin increased,clinical symptoms improved.Conclusion:Mifepristone GuizhiFuling capsule is combined with Western medicine treatment of uterine fibroids in the preferred methods.
