| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性乙醇中毒的急救与护理.方法:对内蒙古自治区人民医院急诊科收治的103例急性乙醇中毒患者的临床表现及急救护理措施进行总结.结果:经过及时有效的救治和护理,103例急性乙醇中毒患者中,除2例合并脑出血经抢救无效死亡外,其余均救治成功.结论:对急性乙醇中毒患者及时准确采取有效的救治和护理是抢救成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the first aid and nursing of acute alcoholic intoxication.Methods:Summarizing clinical manifestations and first aid nursing measures of 103 acute alcoholic intoxication patients treated in Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital emergency department.Results:Nearly all of the 103 acute alcoholic intoxication patients after treating and nursing effectively without delay were successfully rescued except 2 of them who simultaneously suffered from complicated cerebral hemorrhage passed away.Conclusion:The key of the successful rescue for acute alcoholic intoxication patients is to put accurately and timely effective treatment and nursing into practice. |
