新鲜全血联合商业校准品在多台血细胞分析仪校准中的应用

目的 校准多台不同品牌血细胞分析仪,提高检测结果的准确性和可比性.方法 应用配套商业校准品校准1台仪器作为参考机,用参考机为新鲜全血的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积和血小板等5项参数定值,再用定值后的新鲜全血校准各台仪器,并计算校准前后新鲜全血在各仪器上测定值与靶值的偏差.结果 校准前新鲜全血在各仪器上的测定值与靶值的偏差超出允许范围的占64%;经过校准,偏差超出允许范围的占12%.校准后,各参数的偏差明显下降,基本达到规定要求.结论 新鲜全血联合商业校准品对同一实验室多台仪器的校准是可行且有效的.

Calibrate Different Hematology Analyzers in one Laboratory Using Fresh Blood Sample Combination of Commercial Calibrator

Objective To improve the accuracy and comparability of complete blood counting by calibrating different hematology analyzers in one laboratory. Methods Commercial calibrator was used to calibrate one hematology analyzer as reference,WBC, RBC,Hb,HCT and PLT of a normal fresh blood sample, which would be used to calibrate 5 different hematology analyzers subsequently, was evaluated on the reference analyzer. Then the bias of the evaluated results and the target value were calculated. Results Before calibration, the ratio of the bias beyond the limit was 64%. After calibration, the ratio of bias was 12%, declined obviously. Conclusion It is available and efficient to use one normal fresh blood sample companied with commercial calibrator to calibrate the different hematology analyzers in one laboratory.
