杭菊花茎尖组织培养初探

摘    要:为解决杭菊的品种退化问题,以大白菊,小白菊,黄菊三个品种类型的茎尖为外植体,接种在不同PH的MS培养其及不同激素配比的培养基上。结果表明,PH=5.8-6.4是外植体诱愈率在80%以上;外体植接种在不同激素与比的MS培养基上,NAA为0.2mg/L时KT的诱愈率明显高于6-BA。诱导生根的适宜培养基是1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L。

Abstract:To solve the breed degeneration of Chrysanthemum the stem apex of Chrysanthemum morifolium used as explants were inoculated on MS medium with different pH and supplemented with different ratio of plant hormone. The results showed that when pH was between 5.8 and 6.4, the rate of callus were all over 80%. While explants inoculated on MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L and KT 0.1-0.2 mg/L, the rate of callus was noticeably higher than that of NAA 0.2 mg/L and 6-BA 1-3 mg/L. The preferable medium which roots could be induced was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L.
