小剂量善宁治疗肝硬化食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效研究

目的:评价小剂量善宁治疗肝硬化食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效及不良反应.方法:将112例肝硬化食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者依随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各56例.两组基础治则同,治疗组采用小剂量善宁,对照组采用脑垂体后叶素,观察两组止血效果及不良反应.结果:治疗组显效率为73.2%,总有效率为94.6%,对照组显效率为46.4%,总有效率为78.6%,两组比较显效率有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01),总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:小剂量善宁能有效止血,未发现不良反应,同时降低费用,有进一步研究应用的价值.

Chinical Analysis of Cirrhosis Plus Rupture Bleeding of Esophagus and Stomach Bottom Varices Treated with Small Dosage Sandostatin

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of cirrhosis of liver plus the rupture and bleeding of varices of esophagus and the bottom of stomach treated with small dosage of sandosatin.Methods:112 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Treating group 56 cases were treated with small dosage of sandostatin.Comparison group 56 cases were treated with posterior pituitary.To observe these two groups respectively.Results:In the treating group the obrious efficiency rate was 73.2%,the total efficiency rate was 94.6%.In the comparison group the obrious efficiency rate was 46.4%,the total efficiency rate was 78.6%.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01orP<0.05).Conclusion:Small dosage of sandostatin is very effective in treatment of the bleeding of varices of esophagus and the bottom of stomach,and it has no obvious adverse reactions.
