| 解毒生血法对造血系统促进作用的实验研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 本实验报告了清热解毒中药的复方制剂对小鼠造血系统的促进作用。结果表明，无论是经胃肠道给药还是在体外培养体系中加药都能够刺激造血祖细胞增殖，使小鼠骨髓细胞形成红系造血祖细胞及粒系造血祖细胞的数量都显著增加，增加的情况与用药剂量明显相关，从而证明了清热解毒药可以生血这一新观点。 |

| Abstract: | The improving effects of the heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs on mouse hemopoies-sis were studied.The results were as follows :1.When these drugs were administered orally,the num-bers of BFU一E,CFU一E and CFU一G were significantly increased.2.When these drugs wereadded into the cell culture system in vitro,the numbers of BFU一E, CFU一E and CFU一G also sig-nificantly increased.It was found that the increasing of the colony number was dependent on the doselevel of these drugs,3.These drugs could also increase the amount of hemopoiesis. |
