| Abstract: | Objective：To found determination on magnolol of RunTong oral solution.Method： HPLC,Hypersil ODS C18 column chromatographic conditions（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase：acetonitrile-water（57：43）;flow rate： 1 mL/min,column temperature：room temperature,detection wavelength：300 nm.Results：The sample size in the range of 0.56~0.76 μg had good linear relationship（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery was 100.6%（RST 2.3%）.Conclusion：Determination of magnolol RunTong oral solution by HPLC was feasible. |
