高效紫外綫消毒器杀菌作用的研究

摘    要:
<正> 目前消毒使用的紫外线灯大多辐射强度低,需要照射较长时间。为提供一简便、快速、可靠的消毒方法,我们用高强度紫外线杀菌灯,制造了高效紫外线消毒器(下简称消毒器)。其基本设计思想是:采用高强度紫外线灯作近距离照射以获得较高的照射剂量,使之能在短时间内杀灭表面污染的微生物。现将消毒器生物学评价结果简要报道如下。


STUDY ON THE GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF PORTABLE HIGH EFFICIENCY ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION DEVICE
Abstract:
A portable high efficiency ultraviolet disinfection device fitted up with a high intensity ultraviolet lamp(10 W)was developed. It was indicated in laboratory and field experiments that irradiation with the device at 3 cm distance for 5 S could kill over 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and B. cereus, and irradiation for 1 S could kill over 99.9% of Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus albus, S. aureus or Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The efficacy of the device for disinfection of cloth surface was lower than that for glass or aluminium surfaces. Serum could obviously protect the bacteria from the action of ultraviolet irradiation. Although decrease in temperature could reduce the intensity of ultraviolet radiation of the device, enough intensity could still be obtained for effective disinfection under 0℃.
