卵巢癌者外周血中Th1/Th2类细胞因子测定的临床研究

摘要 目的：:探讨卵巢癌患者外周血中Th1/Th2类细胞因子失调及其临床意义。方法：用ELISPOT法检测了36例妇卵巢癌患者及10名健康体检妇女外周血中INF-γ+细胞与IL-4+细胞频度。结果：卵巢癌患者外周血中呈现Th2亢进趋势,且这种变化随临床期别的升高而更加明显。结论:卵巢癌患者外周血中Th1/Th2类细胞因子失调,在卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生发展中可能起重要作用,对评价预后有一定意义。

CLINICAL STUDY Th1/Th2 TYPE CYTOKINE IN PLASMA OF OVARAIN MALIGNANT TUMOR PATIENT

Abstract Objective :To study The disregulation of Th1/Th2 type cytokins in plasma of ovarain malignant tumor patient .Methods: frequence degree of INF-γ+ and IL-4+ were determined using ELISPOT in plasma from 33 patients with ovarain malignant tumor .Result:The plasmatic level of Th2 were significantly higher as diseases progressed, the level of Th2 increased whereas Th1 decreased.Conclusions:There are disregulation of Th1/Th2 type cytokins in peripheral blood of malignant patient .It may play a important role in The pafhogenesis and progression of ovarain tumor.
