摘    要:
目的 观察逆向案例法在内分泌学临床见习教学中的应用.方法 选取2012~2013学年第一学期在本科临床见习的大四学生100人,男女不限,随机分为A、B两组,每组50人.通过8学时的临床见习观察,对两组学生分别进行考核评分及问卷调查(包括课堂情况、知识运用情况、能力培养情况三方面),进行统计分析以评价教学效果.结果 B组同学的考核评分及问卷调查满意度优于A组同学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在内分泌科临床见习教学中实施逆向案例法教学方法,取得了很好的教学效果,提高了临床见习教学质量.

Abstract:
Objective To observe the application of reverse case method in the clinical probation teaching of en- docrinology.Methods 100 senior students at the first semester from 2012 to 2013 without sexual distinction were randomly divided into group A and B,each group had 50 students.The assessment scoring and questionnaire survey (including classroom situation,knowledge application situation and ability training situation) were taken between the two groups,and the teaching effects were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results The assessment scoring and the satisfac- tion degree of questionnaire survey in group B was both significantly higher than that in group A (P〈0.05).Conclusion Reverse case method in the clinical probation teaching of endocrinology has good teaching effect and improves the quality of clinical probation teaching.
