结核酶联免疫斑点试验、结核分枝杆菌DNA测定和痰涂片检测在肺结核诊断中的比较研究

目的比较结核酶联免疫斑点试验（T—SPOT-TB）、结核分枝杆菌DNA（TB—DNA）测定和痰涂片检测在肺结核诊断中的意义。方法选取2010年5月～2013年1月在本院做结核检测的患者，其中确诊肺结核的患者95例进行T—SPOT-TB、TB—DNA测定和痰涂片检测。结果T—SPOT-TB、痰涂片和TB—DNA测定的敏感性分别为92．22％、24．44％、67．78％，痰涂片的敏感性最低，T—SPOT-TB最高（P〈0．05）。结论T—SPOT-TB较痰涂片、TB—DNA检测对结核病诊断有较高的敏感性。

Comparative study of T-SPOT.TB,TB-DNA and sputum smear test in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To compare the significance of T-SPOT.TB,detection of TB-DNA and sputum smear test in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from May 2010 to January 2013 were selected and conducted with detection of tuberculosis,among them,95 cases who were confirmed as tuberculosis were detected by T-SPOT.TB,detection TB-DNA and sputum smear test. Results The sensitivity of T-SPOT.TB,spu- tum smear and detection of TB-DNA were 92.22%, 24.44%, 67.78% respectively,the sensitivity of sputum smear was the lowest and that of T-SPOT.TB was the highest （P〈0.05）. Conclusion T-SPOT.TB has higher sensitivity compared to sputum smear and TB-DNA detection for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
