预见性护理在脑出血急性期中的应用价值

目的探讨预见性护理在脑出血急性期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月～2013年2月本科室采用预见性护理干预的54例脑出血急性期患者作为观察组，选择2010年2月-2011年12月本科室采用常规护理干预的54例脑出血急性期患者作为对照组，比较两组患者各种并发症的发生率及住院时间。结果观察组患者各种并发症的发生率均低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论预见性护理可以显著降低脑出血急性期患者各种并发症的发生率，改善预后，并缩短住院时间。

The application value of predictive nursing in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the application effect of predictive nursing in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 54 cerebral hemorrhage patients who were in the acute stage accepted predictive nursing from Jan. 2012 to Feb.2013 were selected as observation group,and another 54 cerebral hemorrhage patients who were in the a- cute stage accepted conventional nursing from Feb. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were selected as control group,then the inci- dence of complications and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of various complications in patients with the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage,improves the prognosis,and shorten the hospitalization time.
