妇产科围术期感染的预防及护理

目的 探讨妇产科围术期感染的预防及护理方法.方法 随机选取2010年3月～2012年3月本院收治的100例妇产科患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组接受妇产科常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行感染预防及护理干预,对两组患者护理效果进行对比研究.结果 两组患者接受不同护理后,观察组护理效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预可有效预防妇产科围术期感染,护理应结合患者的生理、心理等综合情况,以科学理论与医学实践为指导,以患者为中心,为患者提供安全可靠的护理服务.

Perioperative nursing and prevention of infection in gynaecology and obstetrics

Objective To study the perioperative nursing and prevention for infection in gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 100 cases of gynecologic and obstetric patients from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 50 cases, the control group received routine nursing, observation group was given infection prevention and nursing intervention based on routine nursing, nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results After different nursing, the nursing effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The gynaecology and obstetrics nursing can effectively prevent infection during perioperation, and nursing should combined with physiological, psychological and other comprehensive conditions of the patients, with the scientific theory and practice of medicine as a guide, take the patient as the center, to provide safe and reliable care for patients.
