缺血性脑卒中药物二级预防研究的新进展

缺血性脑卒中（CIS）具有高病死率、高复发率、高致残率及多并发症等特点,目前是死亡的第二位原因,致残的第一位原因,严重影响人类的生活质量和生命.CIS在各类脑卒中所占比率为85％左右,随着社会人口的老龄化,发病率呈逐年增高的趋势.同时一旦发生CIS,患者复发危险非常高,脑卒中复发者占所有脑卒中的25％.因此,CIS后的立即诊断评估及治疗和后续的二级预防都非常重要.CIS住院患者的治疗明显受到各地医疗条件的限制,但出院患者可尽量摆脱这种限制,现将探索一条全新的药物二级预防方案,使更多的CIS患者获益.

New progress in drug study on two level prevention of ischemic cerebral apoplexy

Cerebral ischemic stroke （CIS） has the characteristics of high death rate,high relapse rate,high disability rate and multiple complications,is currently the second leading cause of death,the first cause of disability,seriously affected the quality of human life and life.CIS in all types of stroke ratio is about 85%,with the aging of the population.The incidence rate is increasing year by year.At the same time,once the occurrence of CIS,patients with very high risk of recurrence,the recurrence of stroke for all stroke 25% .Therefore,CIS immediately after the diagnostic evaluation and treatment and follow-up of two grade prevention is very important.Patients with CIS significantly by all medical conditions in the hospital treatment,but patients can try to get rid of this limitation,we will explore a new drug for two grade prevention programs,to benefit more patients with CIS.
