| 摘 要： | 目的探讨群体性急性砷化氢中毒救治的临床护理特点。方法回顾性分析本院2010~2011年收治的10例群体性急性砷化氢中毒患者的救治及护理过程。结果经积极救治和精心护理，10例患者中无一例死亡，均症状好转或痊愈出院。结论对于群体性急性砷化氢中毒患者，在积极救治的同时，针对不同中毒程度给予有效护理，并对患者及其家属进行及时有效的心理干预。对于疾病的转归及事件的发展均具有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing characteristics in the treatment of groups of acute arsenic trihydride poisoning. Methods The processes of rescue and nursing of 10 patients admitted into our hospital from 2010 to 2011 due to acute arsenic trihydride poisoning were analyzed retrospectively. Results Through positive treatment and intensive care,10 patients without death and were all discharged from hospital after symptoms improved or cured. Conclusion With regard to a cluster of acute arsenic trihydride poisoning patients,at the same time of active treatment,gives effective nursing according to different poisoning degree,and gives timely and effective psychological intervention to patients and their relatives all plays important roles in development and prognosis of the disease. |
