手术治疗无脊髓损伤的胸腰椎骨折23例效果分析

目的 探讨手术治疗无脊髓损伤的胸腰椎骨折的临床效果.方法 选取本院收治的46例无脊髓损伤的胸腰椎骨折患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者进行保守治疗,观察组患者进行手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的Cobb角和治疗总有效率的差异,治疗后均随访半年,观察两组患者的功能恢复情况.结果 两组患者治疗后的Cobb角均较治疗前减小,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组治疗后Cobb角较对照组减少更显著（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗总有效率为95.7％,显著高于对照组的65.2％（P＜0.05）;治疗后随访发现,两组患者的功能恢复情况比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 两种方法治疗无脊髓损伤的胸腰椎骨折均可取得较好的远期效果,手术治疗总体效果优于保守治疗,值得临床推广.

Analysis on clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for 23 cases of thoracic and lumbar spinal cord injury without fracture

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for 23 cases of thoracic and lumbar spinal cord injury without fracture. Methods 46 patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal cord injury without fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control and observation group.Control group were received conservative treatment. Observation group were received Surgical treatment.The Cobb angle and total effective rate of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Functioual recovery was followed up for six months. Results Cobb angle of two groups was decreased after treatment than before treatment （P〈0.O5）;Cobb angle of observation group was decreased more significantly than control group （P〈0.05）;Total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 65.2% （P〈0.05）;Functional recovery of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both of two methods can achieve better long-term results.The overall effect of surgical treatment is superior to conservative treatment.It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
