疼痛护理对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响

目的 研究分析疼痛护理对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响.方法 选取本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的70例类风湿关节炎患者,均实施疼痛护理,于实施1周前后对患者进行问卷调查.结果 中重度患者生活质量与轻度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,重度患者生活质量与中度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,随着疼痛程度加重,类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量明显下降.患者实施疼痛护理前后各项指标（日常活动、睡眠、疼痛、紧张、情绪低落、治疗副反应）比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 对类风湿关节炎患者实施疼痛护理,不仅可以改善患者的情绪,还可以减轻其疼痛,提高生活质量,值得推广应用.

The influence of pain nursing on quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To study the effect of pain nursing on quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Meth- ods 70 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were admitted to our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012,all patients were conducted a questionnaire survey a week before and a week after the pain nursing.Results The quality of life in patients with moderate to severe and mild was compared,there was statistical difference （P〈0.01）.The quality of life in patients with severe and moderate was compared,there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis was significantly decreased with the aggravation of pain.Various indexes as daily life, sleep,pain,nervous,depression,adverse reactions were significant difference （P〈0.01） before and after the pain nursing. Conclusion The implementation of the pain nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can improve the patient＇s mood,relieve the pain,improve quality of life and should be widely applied.
