超声斑点抑制成像联合组织谐波成像在乳腺病变中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨高频超声斑点抑制成像(SRI)联合组织谐波成像(THI)技术在乳腺病变诊疗中的应用价值。方法选择2011年6月~2012年12月本院门诊及住院患者中二维基波成像+SRI不满意的患者90例,联合THI超声检查,观察乳腺病变的内部及周边回声,测量血流相关参数,判断乳腺病变的性质及程度,分析乳腺肿块的声像图特征。结果超声SRI联合THI较二维基波成像+SRI更能清晰显示病变的边界(95.6%vs83.3%,P〈0.01),但两者在清晰显示内部回声(88.9%vs86.7%)方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论SRI联合THI技术能精确区分组织边界,提高对比差异及空间分辨力,使超声图像更接近于解剖结构,有利于乳腺病变的特征显示。

Abstract:Objective To study the applicative value of ultrasound speckle reduction imaging(SRI) combined with tis- sue harmonic imaging (THI) in diagnosis and treatment of breast lesion. Methods 90 patients who were admitted it outpatients and hospitalized from June 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital whom had no good ultrasound SRI based on two fundamental imaging,and then were given the measurement of THI,the inside and outside echo of breas lesion was observed,the relative indexes of blood flow was tested,the nature and degree of breast lesions was judgec and the ultrasonogram characters of breast mass was analyzed. Results The combination of ultrasound SRI with TH could more clearly showed the boundary of the lesion than that of two fundamental imaging+SRI (95.6% vs 83.3%,P〈 0.01),but in terms of clear display internal echo between the two methods,the difference was not statistically signifieanl (88.9% vs 86.7%,P〉0.05). Conclusion The combination of SRI with THI can accurately distinguish the tissue border improve the contrast and spatial resolution,make the uhrasonogram more close to the anatomic structure,and be useful to show the characters of breast lesion.
