经脐单孔腹腔镜手术临床应用效果的评估

目的 探讨普外科经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的疗效和风险.方法 选择本院实施经脐单孔腹腔镜手术患者40例为观察组,同期行常规腹腔镜手术的患者20例为对照组,比较两组的疗效和患者满意度.结果 观察组手术时间、术后住院时间与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组手术均获得成功,未发生严重并发症;观察组患者非常满意、一般满意、较差的比例与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 经脐单孔腹腔镜手术难度较高,需选择合适的病例,由经验丰富的手术者进行操作,可保障手术安全进行,达到微创、疗效确切、切口美观的效果.

Clinical effect assessment of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the efficacy and risks of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery in general surgical department. Methods 40 patients with transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery were selected as observation group, 20 patients with conventional laparoscopic surgery as control group. The efficacy and patient＇s satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results Operative time, hospitalization time of two groups compared, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; Operations of two groups were all successful, and there was no serious complications; the pro- portion of very satisfied, general satisfied, poor satisfied in observation group was significantly different from control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The difficulty of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery is high. It needs to select the appropriate cases and experienced physicians. In this way, the surgery is safe and feasible, and minimally invasive effect, good efficacy and cosmetology can be received.
