| 摘 要： | 目的对中药导致心律失常的原因进行分析，并对药师在其防治中的作用进行探讨。方法选取在本院进行治疗的18例中药引起心律失常患者的临床资料，对引起原因及其治疗进行分析。结果18例患者心律失常的原因主要是中药的采集、配伍、服用剂量以及炮制方法不当。结论中药导致心律失常的原因主要是其用法不当，药师加强对患者的用药指导，可以有效地减少心律失常症状的出现。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasons of traditional Chinese medicine causes arrhythmia, and discuss the pharmacist＇s role in its prevention and treatment.Methods 18 cases of arrhythmia patients that caused by traditional Chinese medicine who had been treated in our hospital were selected,the reasons and the prevention and treatment methods were analyzed.Results 18 cases of patients＇ arrhythmias was mainly caused by the faulse collection,compatibility, dose,processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Arrhythmia is mainly caused by improper use of traditional Chinese medicine,pharmacists should strengthen the guide efforts to patient＇s medication,so that reduce the arrhythmia symptoms effectively. |
