复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的效果

目的研究复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的效果。方法将本院2009年11月～2011年3月收治的72例银屑病患者随机分为两组，其中对照组服用雷公藤多苷片，治疗组使用复方甘草酸苷，两组均局部外用冰黄肤乐软膏，记录患者恢复情况。结果治疗后，对照组PASI评分高于对照组，治疗组PASI下降指数大于对照组，治疗组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病效果较好，值得临床推广。

Effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis
