摘    要:
目的 探讨传统手工方法与干化学分析仪在尿常规检验中的应用.方法 选取行尿常规检验的晨尿200份,均为附属医院收集的门诊和住院患者标本,同时采用传统手工方法与干化学分析仪法检测,比较两种检测方法的优劣.结果 干化学分析仪检测的白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白阳性率与传统手工方法比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检测方法的尿蛋白符合率为98.5%,红细胞符合率为97.5%,白细胞符合率为96.5%.结论 临床尿常规检验采用干化学分析仪和传统手工法均有一定的优势和局限性,需结合应用,以提高阳性确诊率.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of traditional manual method and dry chemistry analyzer in rou- tine urine test. Methods 200 specimens of early morr/ing urine,collected from outpatient and inpatient patients in af- filiated hospital,were selected and analyzed by traditional manual method and dry chemistry analyzer for routine urine test.The advantages and disadvantages of the two motheds were compared. Results Compared with traditional manual method,the differences of the positive rate of white blood cells,red blood cells and urine protein detected with dry chemistry analyzer were no statistically significant (P〉0.05).The coincidence rate of urine protein,red blood cells and white blood cells was respectively 98.5%,97.5% and 96.5% respectively. Conclusion In clinical routine urine test,both dry chemistry analyzer and traditional manual method have certain advantages and limitations,it should be combined in the application so as to improve the positive diagnosis rate.
