股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果观察

目的探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2009年1月～2012年12月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例。将其随机分为观察组和对照组．观察组应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗．对照组应用动力髋螺钉治疗，对两组患者的手术情况、骨折愈合情况以及疗效进行观察。结果观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组，术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组优良率（92．5％）明显高于对照组（75．0％）（P〈0．05）；观察组并发症发生率（5．0％）明显低于对照组（20．0％）（P〈0．05）。结论应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切，且具有操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of proximal femur anatomic locking plate and dynamic hip screw in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of proximal femur anatomic locking plate internal fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 80 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with anatomic locking plate,and the control group was treated with dy- namic hip screw.The operation situation,fracture healing and curative effect on patients of two groups were observed. Results The operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage was less than that of the control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.The excellent rate of observation group （92.5%） was significantly higher than that of control group （75.0%） （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications of observation group （5.0%） was obviously less than that of control group （20.0%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Proximal femur anatomic locking plate internal fixation has significant effect in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,and it has several advantages,such as simple operation,short operation time,little injury,rapid fracture healing and less complications,etch is worthy of clinical promotion.
