两种手术方法治疗80例异位妊娠的临床效果比较

目的 探讨治疗异位妊娠的最佳手术方案.方法 回顾性分析2011年5月～2013年5月在盐城市妇幼保健院妇产科确诊并接受治疗的80例异位妊娠患者的临床资料.将入选病例按手术方式分为两组：腹腔镜组48例,采用腹腔镜手术治疗;开腹手术组32例,采用同期开腹手术治疗.观察比较两组的术中出血量,手术成功率,手术时间,术后胃肠功能的恢复时间,术后下床活动时间,术后切口疼痛,术后体温,抗生素使用天数及住院天数.结果 48例行腹腔镜手术的患者均得到成功治疗,两组手术成功率和手术时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;与开腹手术组相比,腹腔镜组术中出血量较少,术后胃肠功能恢复较快,术后切口疼痛感较轻,术后住院时间较短,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腹腔镜手术具有手术创伤小,切口瘢痕小,术后发热少,抗生素使用天数少,术后恢复快等优势,值得临床上推广.

Comparison of the clinical efficacy on the treatment of 80 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the best surgical scheme for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 80 cases tff patients who were diagnosed and taken operation in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 with the ectopic pregnancy were se- lected and analyzed retrospectively.According to the operation methods,the enrolled patients were divided into la- paroscopy group （48 patients treated with laparoscopic surgery） and laparotomy group （32 patients treated with laparo- tomy）.The blood loss,the successful rates of surgery,the operation time,the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the time of postoperative activity,the incision pain and the hospitalization time of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Laparoscopic surgery was performed successfully on 48 patients,and there was no statistically significant dif- ference about the successful rate of surgery and operation time between two groups （P〉0.05）.Compared with the la- parotomy group,the laparoscopy group performed much better in terms of less blood loss,shorter time for the recovery of gastrointestinal function,less incision pain after operation and shorter hospitalization.And there was statistically signifi- cant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusiou Laparoseopic surgery has the advantages of minimal injury, small scar of incision and rapid recovery after operation.It is worthy of promoting on the clinical fields.
