社会因素剖宫产原因浅析及预防措施

目的 探讨和分析社会性因素对剖宫产率的影响和预防措施.方法 回顾性分析在本院分娩的产妇704例的资料,在产妇入院后与产妇或其家属进行沟通交流,总结和归纳选择该分娩方式的原因.结果 704例产妇中有528例产妇（75.0％）进行了剖宫产分娩手术,而528例产妇中,仅有193例（36.6％）产妇符合剖宫产手术指征,大部分产妇[335例（63.4％）]因为社会性因素选择剖宫产.降低剖宫产率的方法包括完善围生期的保健工作,提高护士助产水平,提高产科医生责任感和加强行业自律.结论 剖宫产率的逐渐升高不但与围生医学技术水平的进步有关,更主要的原因是诸多社会性因素.

Cause analysis of social factors on cesarean and its preventive measures

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of social factors on cesarean section rate and put forward its preventive measures.Methods Clinical data from 704 puerperae given birth in our hospital were retrospectively an- alyzed.After being admitted into our hospital,they or their relatives were conducted a communication in order to sum up and induce reasons why they chose cesarean section.Results 528 cases out of 704 puerperae underwent cesarean section,accounted for 75.0%.Among these 528 cases,only 193 puerperae （36.6%） conformed to the indications of ce- sarean section,and the rest chose cesarean section due to social factors.Methods to reduce cesarean section rate con- tained bettering health care at perinatal stage,enhancing delivery levels of nurses,improving the responsibilities of ob- stetricians,and strengthening the serf-regulation in medical field.Conclusion The gradual increase of cesarean section rate is not only associated with the progress of technical levels in prenatal medicine,but the more important reason is that it involves numerous social factors.
