心理护理对丙型肝炎患者的影响

目的 探讨临床路径对丙型肝炎患者心理护理效果的影响.方法 将130例丙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,每组各65例.对照组给予常规护理、健康教育、心理护理,观察组在对照组的基础上将临床路径运用于心理护理全过程.护理前后,对两组患者应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分,并进行护理满意度调查.结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组的治疗依从性明显好于对照组（P＜0.01）;观察组的护理效果明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 临床路径运用于心理护理有助于改善患者的心理状况、提高治疗依从性.

The influence of psychological nursing on patients with hepatitis C

Objective To explore the influence of clinical pathway on the effect of psychological nursing in patients with hepatitis C. Methods 130 patients with hepatitis C were randomly divided into the control group （n=65） and the observation group （n=65）.The control group was given the conventional nursing,health education and psychological nursing while the treatment group was given clinical pathway which was applied in the whole process of psychological nursing based on the control group.Before and after treatment,patients in the two groups were given the SAS and SDS score and satisfaction of nursing was investigated. Results After nursing,SAS and SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;the treatment compliance in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）;the nursing effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway application in psychological nursing helps improve the psychological conditions and treatment compliance of patients.
