血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果分析

目的 观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）的临床效果.方法 将84例患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,采用抗凝和溶栓治疗;观察组52例,抗凝和溶栓治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗.结果 观察组和对照组总有效率分别为92.31％ 、78.12％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者治疗后全血比黏度低切值和高切值、血浆比黏度及红细胞聚集指数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;观察组患者治疗后全血比黏度低切值和高切值、血浆比黏度及红细胞聚集指数与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 血府逐瘀汤联合西药对RVO患者的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗.

Clinical analysis of xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion

Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group （n=32）was treated with anticoagulation and thrombolysis,while on the basis of control group,observation group（n=52） was treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 92.31% and 78.12% respectively,with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,low shear whole blood viscosity value,high shear whole blood viscosity value,plasma specific viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index of two groups were compared with before treatment,with statistical difference （P〈0.01）.After treatment,low shear whole blood viscosity value,high shear whole blood viscosity value,plasma specific viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index of observation group were compared with that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment for retinal vein occlusion is superior to that of the western medicine treatment.
