J型导管用于输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗的临床观察

目的 探讨J型导管用于输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗,对改善术后输卵管的通畅度及其形态结构的临床效果.方法 对52例输卵管妊娠患者实施保守性手术时,将J型导管置入输卵管中作为支架,术后随访2个月,判定疗效.结果 52例患者中51例输卵管通畅,输卵管形态结构正常,1例手术部位略有狭窄,通而不畅,输卵管形态结构正常.结论 J型导管用于输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗可明显改善术后输卵管的通畅度及形态结构.

Clinical observation J-type catheter used for conservative surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To investigate clinical effect of the J-type catheter being used for conservative surgical treat- ment of tubal pregnancy to improve patency degree of tubal after operation and morphological structure of tubal. Methods 52 patients with tubal pregnancy were treated by conservative surgery,J-type catheter was inserted to the tubal as bracket,and patients were followed-up for 2 months,the curative effect was determined. Results Tubal was un- obstructed in 51 cases,and its morphological structure was normal,1 case was slightly narrow in operation site,and it was accessible but not smooth,morphological structure of tubal was norma in 52 patients. Conclusion J-type catheter being used in conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy can can significantly improve the patency degree and morpho- logical structure of tubal.
