临床护理干预在便秘孕妇中的应用效果观察

目的探讨临床护理干预对便秘孕妇的效果改善情况。方法选取2012年10月～2013年10月本院收住院的便秘孕妇160例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各80例，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施临床护理干预，包括心理干预、饮食干预及运动干预，比较两组的临床疗效、总满意度及排便间歇时间。结果观察组总有效率为96．25％，明显高于对照组的85．00％。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总满意度为98．75％，明显高于对照组的80．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出院时排便间歇时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用临床护理干预可提高便秘孕妇的治疗效果，改善便秘症状，缩短排便间歇时间，并提高其对护理的满意度。

Effects observation on clinical nursing intervention in pregnant women with constipation

Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing intervention in pregnant women with constipation. Methods 160 cases of pregnant women with constipation in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were se- lected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.Usual care intervention was used in control group and clinical nursing intervention including psychological intervention,dietary intervention and exercise intervention was used in observation group.Clinical effect,total satisfaction rate and defecation interval time in two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 96.25%,significantly higher than that of control group（85.00%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Total satisfaction rate of observation group was 98.75%,significantly higher than that of control group（80.00%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Defecation interval time of observation group was shorter than that of control group out of the hospital,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in pregnant women with constipation can improve treatment effects and symptom of constipation,shorten interval time of defecation,improve total satisfaction rate.
