阿尔茨海默病患者的综合护理研究

目的 探讨阿尔茨海默病患者的综合护理效果.方法 选取本院2011年1月～2012年12月诊治的阿尔茨海默病患者46例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各23例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,疗程为6个月,比较两组患者护理前后的临床痴呆评定量表评分和日常生活能力活动量表评分.结果 护理后,观察组患者的临床痴呆评定量表评分、日常生活能力活动量表评分均显著下降,其临床痴呆评定量表评分、日常生活能力活动量表评分分别为（17.8±1.9）、（52.4±6.0）分,且均明显低于对照组的（20.4±2.1）、（57.8±6.2）分（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理可明显提高阿尔茨海默病患者的日常生活能力,改善患者的精神状况.

Comprehensive nursing research of patients with Alzheimer disease

Objective To investigate comprehensive nursing effect of patients with Alzheimer disease. Methods 46 patients with Alzheimer disease were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=23） and the control group （n=23） in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012.The control group was given the routine nursing while the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing.The course of treatment was 6 months.Clinical dementia rating scale score and activities of daily living scale score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing,clinical dementia rating scale score and activities of daily living scale score in the observation group decreased significantly and its clinical dementia rating scale score and activities of daily living scale score in the observation group [（17.8±1.9） points,（52.4±6.0） points] was significantly lower than that in the control group [（20.4±2.1）points,[57.8±6.2points] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve daily life ability and mental status of patients with Alzheimer disease.
