汽化药热疗治疗腰腿痛的临床观察

目的观察汽化药热疗对腰腿痛的治疗效果。方法１５２例腰腿痛病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别采用汽化药热疗及超短波治疗。结果（１）视觉模拟评分（ＶＡＳ）评估疼痛程度，治疗组治疗后ＶＡＳ明显下降、改善程度优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；（２）综合疗效评估，治疗组总有效率达９２．１１％，优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；（３）两组在治疗次数上无明显差异。结论温热刺激加外用中药可阻断腰腿痛病理过程中恶性循环，起到良好治疗效果。

Clinical Observation of Treating the Lumbago & Lower Extremity Pain withPharmacoaerothermotherapy

Objective To observe the effect of pharmacoaerothermotherapy on the lumbago & lower extremity pain. Method 152 patients suffering from lumbago & lower extremity pain were diveded into experimental group and control group.Ultrashort wave therapy was used in control group and pharmacoaerothermotherapy was used in experimental group. Results (1)In experimental group,the visual analog scale was reduced more obviously than that of control group(P<0.05).(2)The effective rate was 92.11% in experimental group and the efficiency was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(3)No difference in treatment times between two groups. Conclusions Phamacoaerothermotherapy could block the pathologic cycle of lumbago & lower extremity pain and obtain good effect.
