合并糖调节受损早发稳定型冠心病患者炎症指标与动脉粥样硬化特征分析

目的 探讨合并糖调节受损早发稳定型冠心病（PSCHD）患者（〈50岁）循环炎症指标与动脉粥样硬化（AS）特征。方法将208例PSCHD患者分为糖调节正常（NGR）组和糖调节受损（IGR）组，分析其临床和生化资料。结果IGR组的BMI、TG、尿酸（UA）、高敏C反应蛋白（hsDRP）、WBC计数、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）值和斑块比例、代谢综合征和高血压患病率、冠状动脉斑块积分以及多支病变比例均高于NGR组；hsC-RP与WBC计数、BMI及TG正相关，与HDL-C负相关；WBC计数与BMI及UA正相关；P均〈0．05或〈0．01。结论合并IGR的PSCHD患者循环炎症指标和AS程度均显著增加。

Characteristics of inflammation and atherosclerosis in patients with premature stable coronary heart disease combined with impaired glucose regulation

Objective To evaluate the characteristics of inflammation and atherosclerosis in patients with premature stable coronary heart disease （〈 50yrs） （PSCHD） combined with impaired glucose regulation （IGR）. Methods Two hundred and eight patients with documented PSCHD were enrolled and white blood cell（WBC） counts, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hsCRP）, metabolic syndrome（MS）, characteristics of coronary and carotid atherosclerosis were analyzed. Results PSCHD with IGR versus with NGT had higher values of body mass index（BMI, kg/m2 ）, serum triglyceride（TG）, uric acid, WBC counts, hsC-RP, ratio of carotid intirna-media thickness（IMT）to plaques,higher prevalences of hypertension, MS and multi-vessel disease （all P〈0. 01）. hsC-RP was positively correlated with BMI, TG and WBC, and inversely correlated with HDLC （all P〈0. 01）. WBC counts was positively correlated with BMI and uric acid （all P〈0. 01）. Conclusions There is higher degree of chronic inflammation and carotid and coronary atherosclerosis in patients with PSCHD combined with IGR.
