摘    要:
目的 观察安达监测点的防治措施效果及其病情状况。方法 采用流行病学设计方法,水氟含量和儿童尿氟含量用氟离子选择电极法检测,儿童氟斑牙采用Dean氏法进行检查。结果 在受国村,羊草1,2队,羊草3,4队三个监测点中,水氟含量分别为:3.31、7.89、1.63mg/L;儿童尿氟含量分别为:3.29、8.93、2.88mg/L;儿童氟斑牙患病率分别为:70.90%,94.44%,59.65%。结论监测

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of the preventive measure for fluorosis and the disease state in Anda area,one of national fluorosis sentinel sites.Methods On the spot survey was made in accordance with key surveillance program of national endemic fluorosis.The fluoride content in drinking water and children urine were determined with FSIE method.The dental fluorosis of children was examined with Dean's Index.Results In Aiguo village,First second group of Yangcao village,and Third Fourth group of Yangcao village,the fluoride content of drinking water was 3.31,7.89 and 1.63mg/L,respectively;The urinary fluoride content of children was 3.29,8.93 and 2.88mg/L,respectively;the incidence of children suffering from dental fluorosis was 70.91%,94.44% and 59.65%,respectively.Conclusions The fluoride content of drinking water had gone up again in above mentioned sites,of them fluoride content in First,Second group of Yangcao village was the highest,and fluorosis state was the most serious,even among national sentinel sites.We must adopt measures to reduce fluoride content of drinking water,especially in First,Second group of Yangcao village,to control fluorosis states.
