| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解受血者输血前 Rh血型结果 ,提高受血者输血的安全性。方法 :抽取 36 0 9例受血者输血前静脉血 3ml检查 Rh血型。结果 :在 36 0 9例受血者的血样中发现 5例 Rh血型抗 D阴性。结论 :对受血者输血前进行 Rh血型检测 ,可以防止免疫性输血反应的发生 ,提高受血者用血的安全性。 |

| Abstract: | Opjective To ensure the safety of the patient receiving the transfusion. Methods: 3 ml of venous blood was collected from 3 609 donees to determine Rh Blood Group. Results: Negative antibody D of the Rh Blood Group was revealed in 5 blood samples of the 3 609 recipients. Conclusion: Determining Rh Blood Group in the recipients prior to a transfusion can prevent immunity transfusion reaction, thus assuring the safety of transfusion for recipients. |
