泌尿系感染病原菌检测及耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的检测泌尿系感染常见病原菌,并对其耐药性进行分析,为临床用药提供可靠的实验室依据。方法对疑似泌尿系感染患者的中段尿进行病原菌培养,采用全自动微生物分析仪分离鉴定病原菌,用K-B纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验。结果共分离128株病菌,其中革兰阳性菌36株,革兰阴性菌76株,真菌16株;青霉素和氨卞西林的耐药率较高,亚氨培南对革兰阴性和革兰阳性细菌敏感性均较高。结论泌尿系感染常见病原菌对广谱抗生素耐药明显,临床应根据药敏结果选择合理有效的抗生素。

Abstract:
Objective To detect pathogens in cases of urinary tract infection(UTI) and analyze their drug resistance in order to provide reliable experimental evidence for clinical drugs.Methods Pathogen samples were produced from the midstream urine of patients with a suspected UTI.Pathogens were isolated and identified using the BD PHOENIX automated microbiology system,and drug sensitivity was then tested with K-B paper.Results A total of 128 strains of pathogens were isolated.Of these,there were 36 strains of Gram-p...
