| 摘 要： | 本文结合医院工作实际,从四个方面阐述以科学发展观为指导,用科学发展观统揽建院思路,更新发展观念,明确发展目标,理清发展思路,把握医院发展方向;用科学发展观统揽学科建设,提高学科核心竞争力,打造特色品牌,集成技术优势,提升专科发展层次,推动医院技术建设快速发展;用科学发展观统揽人才建设,培养现有人才,超常引进人才,拴心留住人才,不断夯实可持续发展根基;用科学发展观统揽医疗服务,提高服务质量,纯正医德医风,保持为兵本色,努力构建和谐医院,促进医院全面建设又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | Combining the practices of hospital construction,the author expounded the importance of scientific development view in four aspects as grasping the development orientation with the view;developing subjects with the view to improve the competence,implementing development strategy to human resource to tamp development foundation,and improving medical quality to promote hospital development. |
