| 摘 要： | PET／CT虽然是PET与CT的结合，但其作用却大于PET加CT，它的影像能向我们表达细胞分子的功能及相应的解剖位置范围。由此可确定心血管、神经系统和肿瘤等疾病及性质。判定放射治疗的靶区，了解化疗的效果。但某些情况下也存在假阳性假阴性的不足。本文简要介绍PET／CT原理，应用中优势与不足。 |

This ingenious scanning device makes it possible to see detail anatomy and functional processes at the molecular level of internal organs and living tissue through a single noninvasivediagnostic procedure. This paper discusses the principies of PET/CT, its advantage and disadvantage. |
