免费婚前医学检查情况分析及对策

目的通过两年免费婚前医学检查情况分析．观察免费婚前医学检查的可行性．找出其中存在的问题，提出干预措施．探讨一种适合当今形势的婚检制度新模式。方法根据妇幼卫生工作报表中婚前医学检查调查表年报表，选取2006-2007年来我院进行免费婚前医学检查的2820人作为研究对象，婚检常规项目均免费，对婚检资料进行统计分析。结果两年中婚捡率分别是7．60％和14．27％．疾病检出率为34．47％和22．68％，HBsAg阳性率为8，75％和6．48％，婚检女性的妊娠率为18．37％和47．38％。结论开展免费婚前医学检查后．婚检率虽有提高，但收效甚微，说明光靠免费是不够的，还需采取多种措施，切实提高婚检率，把好优生优育第一关．提高出生人口素质，减少先天缺陷发生。

Analysis of Free Premarital Medical Examination and Countermeasures

OBJECTIVE Through two years of free premarital medical examination analysis, observing the feasibility of free premarital medical examination. It finds out the existing problems and proposes intervention measures discuss one kind of premarital check-up sys- tem new pattern suitable for today＇s situation. METHODS According to the data in every year list of premarital medical examination questionnaire in the statement of maternal and child health work, selecting free premarital medical examination of the 2 820 people in our hospital as the research object from 2006 to 2007. Conventional items of premarital examination were free of charge. The data of premarital examination were analyzed. RESULTS Two years of the rates of premarital medical examination were 7.60% and 14.27%, the rates of disease test were 34.47% and 22.68%, positive rates of HBsAg were 8.75%and 6.48%. The pregnancy rates were 47.38% and 18.37% in the female of premarital medical examination. CONCLUSION After developing free premarital medical examination, the rate of premarital medical examination has been improved, but it has produced little effect. It shows thai it is not enough only by free of charge.We should also take many measures to practically improve the rate of premarital medical examination, ensure the first detending line of prepoteney. To improve birth population quality and reduce the incidence of congenital defect.
