中西医结合治疗癫痫型脑囊尾蚴病216例疗效观察

目的观察中西医治疗癫痫型脑囊尾蚴病的临床疗效。方法将216例癫痫型脑囊尾蚴病患者分成二组。对照组102例,口服西药吡喹酮、丙硫咪唑及抗癫痫药物,静脉滴注脑细胞活化剂及降颅压药物,平均住院治疗18d,间隔3月行下一疗程。治疗组114例,在对照组基础上加用中药胶囊,一次服5粒,3次/d,每疗程后复查头颅CT或MRI、囊尾蚴抗体、脑电地形图,评价疗效,统计毒副反应。结果对照组治愈率为29.4%,治疗组治愈率为68.4%,二组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。毒副反应发生率治疗组为10.52%,对照组为64.71%,二组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医治疗癫痫型脑囊尾蚴病能有效控制癫痫发作,而且有利于囊尾蚴病灶的吸收,减少囊虫钙化的形成,疗效显著,并能降低药物的毒副反应。

Observation of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of 216 cases of epileptic cysticercosis

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on epileptic cysticercosis patients.Methods The 216 patients with epileptic cystic cerebral eysticereosis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group comprised 102 cases were treated with praziquante] or albendazole, blood circulation-promoting drug and brain cell activator and antihypertensive drugs and were given intravenously with an average hospitalization duration of 18 days with an interval of three months for next course. On the basis of treatment of the control group, the 114 cases in treatment group were given oral traditional traditional Chinese medicine （basis, 5 pills each time and 3 times per day. The results of tests of brain CT or MRI ,anti-cysticercus antibody, EEG mapping, toxicity were assessed. Results The eurative rates of control group and treatment group were 29.4% and 68.4%, showing significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The toxic rate were 0.8% and 12.7% in the treatment group and control group also demonstrating significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine could effectively control the seizures of cysticercosis patients and conducive to the absorption of cystieereus lesions, reducing the formation of cysticercus calcification with marked effect.
