| 摘 要： | 本文在高教大发展的历史时期，在新形势下探讨医学检验专业本科临床实习基地遴选、建设与管理经验，并从调动医院实习教学积极性、规范临床带教过程、加强实习过程管理、加强沟通四方面对实习基地管理进行了阐述，对于培养高质量医学检验人才有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In the great development of higher education under the new situation, this papar explores the medical labo- ratory undergraduate clinical practice base selection, construction and management experience and expound on the four aspects of the practice base management including arouse the enthusiasm of practice teaching hospital, standardize clinical teaching process, strengthen the internship process management, strengthen the communication practice, which has an important practical significance for cultivation of high quality talents of medical laboratory specialty. |
