深圳市2011～2013年艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的分析深圳市2011~2013年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供依据。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息系统中,导出深圳市2011~2013年VCT求询者的数据资料,使用Excel整理资料,SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果2011~2013年,深圳市所有VCT门诊共接受求询者共49 503人,男女性别比为1.3:1;以20~39岁的青壮年为主,占80.9%,已婚有配偶者居多,占46.3%;2011~2013年求询者类型以有非婚异性性行为史为主,3年所占比例分别为64.0%、62.9%和67.2%,男男性行为者所占比例分别为5.8%、7.1%和8.8%(趋势χ2=1 453.61,P=0.000)。求询者HIV抗体阳性总检出率为1.9%,3年检出率分别为1.9%、1.8%和2.3%。不同类型求询者HIV抗体阳性检出率不同,平均阳性检出率前三位依次为:有男男性行为史者、有注射吸毒史者和有HIV阳性配偶/固定性伴者。2011~2013年,全市医疗机构设立的VCT门诊数占VCT门诊总数的比例分别为67.7%、71.4%和71.4%,其接受求询人数占VCT总人数的比例分别为61.9%、70.6%和64.4%。结论深圳市医疗机构的VCT门诊工作开展情况较好,VCT门诊可及时发现人群中HIV感染者/病人,减少艾滋病的传播。男男性行为者阳性检出率最高,是需要重点关注的人群。

Analysis of HIV voluntary counseling and testing services in Shenzhen from 2011 to 2013

Objective To analyze the situation of HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT）from 2011 to 2013 in Shenzhen in order to provide evidence for developing HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods The historical data of HIV VCT from 2011 to 2013 in.Shenzhen were analyzed aided with Excel and SPSS13.0. Results Totally 49 503 people received VCT from 2011 to 2013 in Shenzhen, with the male/female ratio of 1.3：1 ： 1, most of the VCT clients were young adults aged between 20 and 39 years accounting for 80.9%, a majority of then were married or having spouse（46.3%）. From 2011 to 2013, the proportion of extramarital heterosexual behaviors were 64.0%, 62.9% and 67.2%, respectively and male homosexual were 5.8% ,7.1% and 8.8% （Linear-by-linear association x^2=1453.61, P=-0.000）. The overall HIV positive detection rate accounted for 1.9% and the detection rate in the 3 years was 1.9%, 1.8% and 2.3%, respectively. Among HIV positive clients, the majority of them were homosexual males, followed by injecting drug users and those having HIV positive spouses/regular sex partners. The proportions of VCT services accounted for 67.7% ,71.4% and 71.4% of overall outpatient services by medical institutions at different levels from 2011 to 2013, while the proportion of clients occupied 61.9% ,70.6% and 64.4% of the total VCT clients in the respective 3 years. Conclusion Shenzhen medical institutions provided good VCT services to the public. VCT outpatients can detect HIV positives that is effective for control the spread of HIV/AIDS infection. Highest HIV positive rate was detected among MSM, the focus group for HIV/AIDS control.
