秩和比法综合评价濮阳市2006~2013年碘盐监测结果

摘    要:
目的综合评价濮阳市2006~2013年碘盐监测结果,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供决策依据。方法选取碘盐监测结果的4项统计指标,包括非碘盐率、碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率,运用秩和比法进行综合评价。结果濮阳市2006~2013年的碘盐监测结果根据指标RSR值的分布进行分档排序,并对差、中、优3档RSR平均数进行单因素方差分析,比较差异有统计学意义(F=10.401,P0.05),进一步LSD检验表明各档均数两两之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05),其最优的年份是2010年、2011年,居中等的年份是2008年、2012年、2009年、2013年,较差的年份是2006年、2007年。结论运用秩和比法对碘盐监测结果进行综合评价,结果科学、直观,效果较好。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the monitoring results of the iodized salt of Puyang City from 2006 to 2013 so as to provide decision-making basis for prevention of iodine deficiency disorders (idd) in future work. Methods Rank Sum Ratio (RSR) was performed to evaluate 4 indicators of iodized salt of Puyang City from 2006 to 2013. Results RSR values of salt monitoring results in Puyang City from 2006 to 2013 were ordered and classified into low level, middle level and high level. There was significant difference in the RSR mean value of three different levels (F=10A01,P=0.017) by one-way analysis of variance and pairwise comparison of LSD test showed there was significant difference in the mean value (P〈0.05).The iodized salt monitoring results in 2010 and 2011 were at high level; The iodized salt monitoring results in 2008,2012,2009 and 2013 were at medium level while iodized salt monitoring results in 2006 and 2007 were at low level Conclusions The application of RSR in the comprehensive evaluation of iodized salt monitoring results is scientific, intuitive and effective.
