大骨节病患者红细胞免疫及调节功能与红细胞硒水平的关系

摘    要:
对比检测了大骨节病患者、病区及非病区健康居民的红细胞免疫功能、免疫调节功能和红细胞硒水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,结果表明:大骨节病患者的红细胞C3bR花环率与病区健康居民接近,但明显低于非病区居民,红细胞C3bR花环率与红细胞硒含量和GPX活性呈显著平行相关;血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率与病区健康居民接近,但明显高于非病区居民,血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率与红细胞硒含量和GPX活性呈显著负相关。研究结果说明:大骨节病患者及病区健康居民红细胞免疫及调节功能均有异常,这种异常状态与低硒有关。

Abstract:
The red cell immune adherence (RCIA) and regulative function,red cell Selenium (Se) quantity and activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPX) were determined for the patients with Kashin-beck disease (KBD) and healthy subjects in the KBD endemic and non-endemic areas.The results showed that:the rosette formation rate of erythrocyte C 3b R for the patients with KBD were similar to the healthy subject in the KBD endemic area, but its were significantly lower than those of the healthy subjects in the KBD nonendemic area,the rosette formation rate of erythrocyte C 3b R were significantly positive correlative to erythrocyte Se quantity and activities of GPX; the roestte forming inhibitory rate of serum RCIA for the patients with KBD were similar to healthy subjets in the KBD endemic area, but its were significntly higher than thoseof the healthy subjects in the KBD non-endemic area,the rosette forming inhibitory rate of serum RCIA were significantly negative correlative to erythrocyte Se quantity and activities of GPX. The facts above mention demonstrate that; the abnormality of the RCIA and regulative functions for the patients with KBD and healthy sabjects in the KBD endemic area are all related to se-deficiency.
