剖宫产术后促排气的方法和护理措施探讨

目的观察促进剖宫产术后肛门排气有效的方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年6月～2009年6月对84例剖宫产术后的产妇随机分三组,分别给予中药排气汤、乳果糖口服溶液、开塞露三种方法促其排气,观察比较三组产后机体恢复情况和对宫高的影响。结果三组药物治疗后腹胀均有明显缓解,术后早期排气、排尿和排便效果上,开塞露组〉乳果糖组〉中药排气汤组,经统计学检验有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。中药排气汤组对促子宫收缩的影响与乳果糖组或开塞露组经统计学检验有差异（P〈0.05）。结论中药排气汤、开塞露或乳果糖,均可减轻术后腹胀,有利于产妇身体的康复,更有利于母乳喂养。

Discussion on the Methods and Nursing Measures of Promoting the Exhaust after Cesarean Section

Objective To observe the effective methods of promoting anal exhaust after cesarean section.Methods 84 patients with cesarean section after maternal surgery in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,they were randomly divided into three groups,and were given the treatment of medicine exhaust soup,lactulose oral solution,Kai Sai Lu respectively to promote the exhaust,the postpartum body recovery and the impact of uterine height in the three groups were observed and compared.Results The abdominal distension was significantly relieved in the three groups after drug treatment,early postoperative discharge,urination and defecation effects,Kai Sai Lu group lactulose group medicine exhaust soup group,there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Compared with lactulose group and Kai Sai Lu group,the influence of medicine exhaust soup on promoting uterine contraction had statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The medicine exhaust soup,Kai Sai Lu and lactulose may reduce postoperative abdominal distention,which are conducive to the rehabilitation of maternal health,more conducive to breastfeeding.
