| 摘 要： | 本文对42例脑膜瘤作了临床病理分析,39例为良性脑膜瘤,2例为恶性脑膜烟,1例考虑有潜在恶性的脑膜瘤。良性脑膜瘤中有4例复发,恶性脑膜瘤中1例1年半内复发3次,恶性脑膜瘤诊断比较困难。现对其诊断标准及复发等问题进行讨论。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reports 42 cases of meningioma. of them 39 cases were benign, 2 cases revealed malignancy and 1 case tended latent malignancy. In 39 cases of benign meningioma, the rccurrrence of 4 cases was observed. In one of the two malignant cases the meningioma recurred for 3 times within one year and half. The diagnostic criteria of malignant meningioma and its recurrence are discussed. |
