基于重点考核指标的深圳市社区健康服务发展现状分析

目的分析深圳市社区健康服务的发展现状,发现其中的薄弱环节,为深圳市社区健康服务进一步的提升和完善提供科学依据。方法在深圳市10个区各随机选择1个区域性社区健康服务中心,使用优化后的重点考核指标进行考核,包括3个一级指标以及18个二级指标,采用变异系数衡量各项指标的不均衡性。结果深圳市10家社康中心综合平均得分为78.81分,其中平均总得分最低的是家庭医生服务(65.42分)。全科诊疗服务中得分最低的是医疗保障(71.20分);家庭医生服务中得分最低的是预约服务(43.19分);中医药服务中得分最低的是中医药服务质量(70.00分),糖尿病患者血糖控制率是变异系数最大的一项指标(52.70%)。结论目前深圳市社区健康服务发展现状不容乐观,各区的社区健康服务发展存在极大的不均衡性。建议各社康中心对薄弱环节进行相应的改进,并相互学习交流,从而推动深圳市社区健康服务的整体发展。

Analysis of the Status of Community Health Service Development in Shenzhen based on Key Assessment Indicators

Objective To analyze the development status of community health services in Shenzhen,and to find out the weak links,and provide scientific basis for the further development and improvement of community health services.Methods 10 regional community health service centers were selected from 10 districts of Shenzhen by random sampling and evaluated bythe optimized key indicators,including 3 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.The coefficient of variation indicated the degree of variation of each indicator.ResultsThe overall average score of 10 community health centers in Shenzhen was 78.81 points,of which the lowest average score was family doctor services(65.42 points).The lowest score in the general medical service was medical insurance(71.20 points);The lowest score in the family doctor service was the appointment service(43.19 points);The lowest score in the Chinese medicine service was the quality of Chinese medicine service(70.00 points);The largest coefficient of variation was the rate of glycemic control in diabetic patients(52.70).Conclusion At present,the development status of community health services in Shenzhen is not well,and there is a great imbalance in the development of community health services among various districts.It is suggested that the community health centers should improve the weak links and learn from each other so as to promote the overall development of community health services in Shenzhen.
