Effect Evaluation of Electronic Health Management on Patients Undergoing Laparosco-pic Sleeve Gastrectomy

Objective To explore the influence of remote electronic health management on patients'dietary pattern compliance,healthy lifestyle compliance and self-efficacy of patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.Methods A quasi-experiment design was used in the intervention study.The study group(32 patients)and the control group(33 patients)came from two independent metabolic and bariatric surgery centers,respectively.The study group was given electronic health management,and the control group was given routine weight self-management,followed up for one year both.Results For patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,the study group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the compliance of dietary pattern and overall healthy lifestyle.The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of the general self-efficacy.Conclusion The electronic health management model can improve the compliance of patients'dietary pattern and healthy lifestyle after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,and play a positive role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of the surgery and preventing weight regain.
