Literature Metrology and Content Analysis of Research on Health Talents Training System in China

The growth of health talents is related to the sustainable development of the medical industry and effective professional advancement.In order to explore the research process and development trends in the field of health talent training,this article uses bibliometrics and visual content analysis software to analyze the relevant publications from CNKI 2000-2019.The literature found that the research on our country's health personnel training system has entered a stage of rapid development,but the overall volume of publications has yet to be increased.Research centers in Beijing,Jiangsu,and Shanghai have been formed,but a multi-field cooperation situation has not yet formed.Researchers are mostly academics from universities,and medical institutions have done less research on this aspect.The themes such as the policy connotation,path model,evaluation system,and incentive guarantee of talent cultivation have been the focus of many scholars in recent years.Follow-up research recommendations focus on the synergy between policy literature and academic literature,and conduct extensive scientific empirical research.The research direction should be diversified,detailed and specific.
