正硅酸乙酯改性牙科复合树脂填料的表征及其弯曲强度

摘    要:
为验证正硅酸乙酯溶胶-凝胶法对硼酸铝晶须改性的作用,采用正硅酸乙酯溶胶-凝胶法对硼酸铝晶须和纳米SiO2混合物进行表面改性,然后高温烧结使颗粒在晶须表面熔附,合成有固位形的增强填料。将改性填料加入牙科树脂中制作标准试件,检测试件弯曲强度选择最佳有机改性的比例,然后应用傅里叶变换红外光谱和能谱分析进行表征,扫描电镜观察复合填料SiO2颗粒与硼酸铝晶须熔附情况。结果显示采用正硅酸乙酯溶胶-凝胶法改性硼酸铝晶须可以显著提高硼酸铝晶须-SiO2颗粒牙科复合树脂的弯曲强度,随着正硅酸乙酯用量增加,复合树脂弯曲强度呈递增趋势。正硅酸乙酯水解后在填料表面形成了Si-O网络。

Abstract:
To verify the effect of sol-gel process of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) on the modification of aluminium borate whiskers (ABw). This paper modified the mixture of ABw and SiO2 with sol-gel, using high temperature sintering method to make silica particles fused onto aluminium borate whiskers, and then synthesized for reinforcer with retention form. The filler compound was blended with dental resins to make standard samples, measured bending strength to select the best ratio for modification, and then analyzed by a fourier transform infrared spectrometer and an energy spectrometer. Scanning electron microscope was used to examine filler compound. The results demonstrated that increasing the dosage of TEOS resulted in a significant increase the bending strength of dental composite resins containing ABw-SiO2 compound. The flexural strength of dental composite resins with ABw-SiO2 compound was significantly improved through the modification of ABw by sol-gel process of TEOS. In addition, Si-O network was formed on the surface of fillers after hydrolization of TEOS.
